The 2009 Signature Club membership is your chance to play The Chase, the first golf course to open at Coyote Springs™, and save! For just $200, Signature Club members receive the following benefits:

Signature Club members can reserve any open tee time 10 days in advance.

Caddie-Manadatory Tee Times
Signature Club members receive $25 off the applicable rate for caddie-mandatory tee times, which covers the golf green fee, use of the practice facility and balls prior to play, use of a shared golf cart during the round, tees, and the Forecaddie bag fee; however, it does not include the suggested minimum forecaddie gratuity of $30 per player.

Caddie-Optional Tee Times
Signature Club members receive $15 off the applicable rate for caddie-optional tee times, which covers the golf green fee, use of the practice facility and balls prior to play, and golf cart.

Kids Play Free

Children under the age of 10 years old play free when accompanied by a Signature Club member. Member shall be responsible to ensure that additional members of their party (including children) follow all rules and golf etiquette.

Rules & Regulations
In addition to the Signature Club rate rules, date limitations and other information, the following are rules and regulations applicable to use of the Signature Club Pass Program, and may be changed at any time by The Chase at Coyote Springs.

ALL tee-times must be made AT LEAST 24-HOURS in advance. All tee-times are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. The cancellation policy is strictly enforced and cancellations must be made at least 48-hours in advance of the date of play, NO EXCEPTIONS.

A Pass Holder must mention that they are using their Signature Club Pass at time of making tee time reservation. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your tee time.

The 2009 Signature Club Pass costs $200. Children under 10 are free when accompanied by Pass Holder. Pass Holder shall be responsible to ensure that additional members of their party (including children) follow all rules and golf etiquette.

Once purchased, there is NO REFUND for the 2009 Signature Club Pass for any reason, and the amount paid will NOT be credited or applied to any other fees or charges at The Chase at Coyote Springs. The 2009 Signature Club Pass is NOT TRANSFERABLE and may not be used by any person other than the Pass Holder.

The Chase at Coyote Springs strictly enforces a dress code. Collared shirts, hemmed pants or shorts or golf skirts for ladies, and proper golf shoes are required. No denim attire, cut-off shorts, "short-shorts", swimwear, tank tops or tee shirts are allowed on the golf course, in the clubhouse or surrounding areas. Non-metal spike golf shoes are required. Any player that does not comply will be asked to purchase proper attire, change or will not be allowed to play golf at that time.

Any violation or abuse of the 2009 Signature Club Pass's rules and regulations (including tee-time cancellation policies) or any other Coyote Springs rule or regulation, or any other applicable laws or rules may result in immediate termination of the 2009 Coyote Club Pass and its privileges without any refund.

Purchasing a 2009 Signature Club Pass does not ensure you will be able to purchase a similar pass in the future. The Chase at Coyote Springs may (or may not) offer a similar program in subsequent years. The 2009 Signature Club Pass is effective only for tee times remaining in 2009, and in 2010, as more specifically set forth in this program agreement.
